CREATIVE VINYASA + ART WORKSHOPS
4-7TH OCTOBER - WALES
This retreat will combine Laura’s signature creative flows each morning, and soothing yin, nidra and restorative classes in the evening, with some inspiring creative workshops to get you into a flow state off the mat too.
This is your invitation to deepen your practice, but also rest and restore in the way that only a retreat can offer. We are sure this will be a very special group, and we are curating the perfect offering to support and inspire each and every soul that joins.
PACKAGES
We have the option to book a room in a shared room or your own double room. All the rooms are ensuite, include luxury cotton bedding, and are decorated in a light and minimal way.
The retreat package includes 2 classes per day, a creative workshop on the Saturday and Sunday afternoon, and breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared and served onsite by Kelly.

We have the option to book a room in a shared room or your own double room. All rooms are ensuite, some have a shower, some have a bath, so please advise your preference on booking.
All packages include supplies for the creative classes, a buffet brunch and dinner every day, and 2 daily classes with Laura.

OUR VENUE
IN THE COUNTRY COTTAGE
The house sits in 15 acres of beautiful farmland, surrounded by spectacular mountain views, and is just a short trip to the coast in any direction. There are extensive gardens to explore In The Country. With bluebell woods, paddocks and meadows, and an orchard as well as sunny formal gardens – this is a beautiful outdoor oasis.
With the most beautiful beaches, great walking and outdoor activities close by, as well as great pubs and restaurants, In The Country is the perfect getaway. The newly refurbished farmhouse is fresh, light and bright. The outside kitchen sits under a beautiful oak frame, where you can serve up wood-fired pizzas and BBQ.
Due to the remote nature of the venue, it will only be accessible by car. If there are enough people that need transport, we will arrange a minibus at an additional nominal fee.
The drive from Manchester should take around 2-3 hours, from elsewhere in the UK please search Rhyd-y-clafdy on Google Maps to estimate your journey time.
The nearest train station is Pwllheli, and we will be able to collect you from here on day one of the retreat, and drop you back on the last day if needed.

As a young teacher, Laura feels completely blessed to have connected to this part of herself so early in life. Her asana practice has transcended her pre-conceived physical and mental limitations, and yoga has infiltrated her life in every way. Yoga brings Laura clarity and inner strength, enabling her to navigate her way through obstacles and fully appreciate every moment of her life. Her teaching encourages students to find their own personal flow within the practice, creating space in body and mind, body positivity, and inner strength.
